When acting on behalf of major utility companies, Brown Rural is involved from concept to completion of schemes including landowner identification, route plotting to mitigate costs, all survey work including boreholes, archaeological & environmental, preparation of relevant statutory notices, acquisitions, overseeing reinstatement and remedial works, liaising with landowners throughout, including settlement of compensation claims and dispute resolution.
